Terms of Service

Effective date: March 1, 2025

1. Services

We provide individualized and small-group tutoring for FINRA and CFP® examinations. Each engagement includes diagnostic review, study planning, accountability touchpoints, and exam-day coaching.

2. Scheduling & rescheduling

• Sessions are scheduled via Calendly or directly with your coach.
• Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are deducted from your package.

3. Payments

• Packages are invoiced upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Corporate billing may be arranged with purchase orders or training department approval.

4. Refunds

Unused sessions are refundable within 30 days. Completed sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to a colleague with written approval.

5. Code of conduct

We expect professionalism and exam integrity. Sharing of copyrighted vendor materials is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate services if academic integrity is compromised.

6. Limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee a passing score. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for tutoring services.

7. Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
